Christine, intern in Geneva

Heart’s Home is a story that began for me a few years ago with a mission in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, after completing my degree. Once I graduated (Master in Contemporary History and European Studies at the University of Fribourg - Switzerland), the opportunity was given to me to reconnect with the charism of Heart’s Home - compassion - in a surprising extension of our presence in Tegucigalpa : the United Nations in Geneva.

Being an intern at the UN office of Heart’s Home, I am looking forward to discovering the world of international institutions. I will do my best to work with those who advocate - sometimes for a long time – for the dignity of each human person, while trying never to forget the « method » of Heart’s Home : friendship.
